Population based registries in 35 European countries were invited to collaborate. Data sets received from the registries are verified using Child-Check program and a few additional check routines. Tumours are classified according to the International Classification of Childhood Cancer. All data sets are tabulated and presented to the members of ACCIS Scientific Committee for assessment of their validity and comparability before they are included in the ACCIS database. Comments on data quality and comparability are available from the ACCIS database. Contact details of registries contributing to the ACCIS database are given below. |
