Cut in trends (%): to define the degree of trend cut in prediction (by predicted 5-year period).
Recent: to project average trend or to use the slope for the last 10 years: if Recent='False', average trend for the whole observation period is used, if Recent='True', the slope over the last ten years is used. If Recent='NULL', the choice is based on a significance test for departure from linear trend.
Startestage: first age group estimated. If Startestage='NULL', Startestage is determined by the application as the first age group for which at least 20 deaths occurred in each period.
