We prefer that you use the publicly available facilities in NORDCAN and provide us with ideas for improving these to support your purposes, but meanwhile this download option of the raw data from the NORDCAN database to a text file can be used. The data can be loaded into a spreadsheet or a statistical package for further analysis. Numbers of cases or deaths and person-years at risk by sex and five year age-group, for selected populations and by cancer site can be exported. You must request a time-limited authorization from the secretariat.

In your request please state the following information:
1) Name, institution, and e-mail
2) Title of project
3) Data to be downloaded
4) Planned use or publication
5) Time plan

When using data or material from NORDCAN, please cite the recommended reference. Please send a pdf-copy of published material to the NORDCAN-secretariat.
