Only one cancer with the same date of diagnosis within an entity is included
Not shown in NORDCAN - Subgroups of lip, oral cavity and pharynx and of leukaemia are not shown before year 1978 and some groups are too small to calculate survival (at least 25 cases unless collapsible with other time periods).
