Quality tables include three measures for each entity, country and sex for the 10 time periods that survival calculations are shown for. The measures are:
MV% - The percentage of microscopically verified cases. It is a measure of validity.
DCO% - The percentage of cases included in incidence based on information only from the death certificate. These cases are excluded from the survival calculations. Sweden does not search for cases in their Cause of Death register
M:I% - The mortality-to- incidence ratio shown as a percent. This is a measure of completeness.
